1. Agreement
By using the DRIZE website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions can be sent to drize.contactnow@gmail.com.
2. Services
DRIZE provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media marketing, branding and website development. The exact scope, timeline and fees for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
3. Payments
Fees are invoiced as set out in your proposal. Advertising spend on platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn is billed separately by those platforms and is not included in our management fee unless stated otherwise.
4. Results disclaimer
We work hard to deliver measurable growth, but digital marketing results depend on market conditions, budget, product and competition. Any figures, case studies or metrics shown on this website are examples of past performance and are not a guarantee of future results.
5. Account ownership
Ad accounts, analytics properties and domains created for you remain fully owned by you. We request access only for as long as the engagement runs.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to DRIZE and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Deliverables created for a client transfer to that client once invoices are settled in full.
7. Cancellation
Engagements run month to month unless stated otherwise. Either party may end an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the end date remains payable.
